PRICING POLICY
All product prices displayed on lazakat.in (“Online Store”) are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices are accurate at the time they are displayed. Prices may change from time to time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If the rate of GST changes after your order is placed but before delivery, the GST amount will be adjusted accordingly, unless the order has already been paid in full.
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is discovered for a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund. If the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake, Lazakat Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.
DISCOUNT & PROMOTIONAL CODES
Any discount or promotional codes issued from time to time are subject to specific terms and conditions. Certain products may be excluded from promotions.
Discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Codes shared via email or other communication are confidential and must not be shared with others.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments on lazakat.in may be made using the following methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.)
- Debit Cards / Credit Cards (Visa, RuPay, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Any other payment method enabled on the Online Store
Lazakat Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms, even if payment has been processed. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may request order cancellation by contacting Customer Care with the order number.
- Cancellation requests should be raised as soon as possible after placing the order.
- If the order has already been dispatched, please do not accept delivery and inform Customer Care immediately.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed as per the Return & Refund Policy below.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We aim to provide high-quality products to all our customers. However, if you need to return a product, please review the policy below.
1. DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Opened products are allowed only in defective cases
- The product must be returned with original packaging
In such cases:
- Return shipping cost will be borne by Lazakat Foods Pvt Ltd
- A full refund will be processed after inspection
- Refunds are initiated within 4 working days
2. CUSTOMER DISLIKE / WRONG ORDER (NON-DEFECTIVE)
If the return is due to customer preference, dissatisfaction, or incorrect ordering (where Lazakat is not at fault):
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Opened food products are not eligible for return in non-defective cases.
Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 4 working days after inspection.
3. REFUND MODE & TIMELINE
- Refunds are processed within 4 working days after product inspection
- Final credit time depends on the payment method and bank processing timelines
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details
EXCLUSIONS
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased from third-party platforms
- Bulk or wholesale purchases (if applicable in future)
